Wide Awake Club - Sleepover Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are designed to keep your Wide Awake Club sleepover experience fun, safe, and stress-free. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event.
2. Damage Deposit

A £100 refundable deposit is required before your event.

This deposit covers any breakages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.

The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after the event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event will receive a refund of any payments made (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
4. Set-Up & Collection

We require clear access to the event space for set-up and collection.

The customer must ensure the area is clean, safe, and free of obstacles before we arrive to set up.

All pets must be kept away from the equipment during the event.
5. Safety & Supervision

All Wide Awake Club equipment is for indoor use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

It is the responsibility of the customer to supervise children at all times.

Wide Awake Club is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by misuse of equipment.
6. Equipment Care

Please do not allow food, drinks, face paints, slime, nail varnish, or sharp objects on or near the equipment.

Any stains or damages may result in a deduction from your deposit.
7. Liability

Wide Awake Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable home insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.
8. Allergies & Special Requirements

Customers must inform us in advance of any allergies (e.g. latex, food products, bedding materials) or special requirements.

Wide Awake Club cannot accept liability for allergic reactions if we were not informed in advance.
9. Photography & Social Media
-
We occasionally take photos for marketing purposes. If you’d prefer us not to, please let us know before your event.
10. Agreement
By paying your booking fee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
