Wide Awake Club – Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Booking Fee: All booking fees are non-refundable.

​

• Cancellations:

  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your event, any payments made (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 7 days of your event, payments are non-refundable.

• Damage Deposit: Your £100 deposit is fully refundable after your event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition and no excessive cleaning is required. Refunds are processed within 5 days.

​

• Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Wide Awake Club must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund, including the booking fee and deposit.
